Health and Safety are of a Paramount Concern
Our experience of over ten years in gardening and landscaping has meant we have developed a strong health and safety culture within our team, reflecting the nature of the industry and an excellent health and safety record.
We carry out a range of risk assessments, encompassing the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and any changing legislation and have procedures in place to record any incidences should they occur. These are continually monitored and if necessary are investigated. We keep all our employees up to date with any new Health and Safety procedures. Our commitment to Health and Safety is demonstrated by our membership of BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries). Membership of this scheme ensures that we have effective health and safety management and satisfy the qualifications set by many of the UK’s major employers. BALI is part of the ROLO scheme ( Register of Landbased Operatives ) a body that oversees Landbased Health and Safety training.

A Comprehensive H&S Policy with a first aider on all projects
Registered with the Environment Agency to manage waste removal
Health and safety package in place inc. H&S policy, risk assessments and method statements undertaken for each job.
All staff CRB checked
Certified pesticide spraying operatives with particular attention towards COSHH compliance.
All machinery and tools regularly serviced and maintained by professionals
Correct PPE worn at all times
Relevant accreditations: The company is affiliated to BALI and is an approved contractor for Cadogan, Grosvenor and Dulwich Estates
